1. How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive your images through a private online gallery powered by Pixieset. From there, you can download high-resolution images, share your gallery with friends and family, and even order prints directly.
2. How long does it take to get my photos back?
Final edited galleries are delivered within 1 week. You’ll also receive a small sneak peek within 48 hours so you can start sharing right away.
3. How many photos will I receive?
You'll receive all the photos take during your booked service. The number of edited images depends on the service booked. Edited image quantity varies by tier selection for wedding packages.
Additional edited photos can be purchased as an add on.
4. Can I download and share my photos?
Yes. Your Pixieset gallery allows unlimited downloads, and you can easily share the link with friends and family. There’s also a built-in option to share directly to social media.
5. Do I get printing rights?
Yes. All clients receive a full print release, meaning you can print your photos anywhere you’d like. You can also order high-quality prints directly through your gallery.
6. What if i lose my photos?
No stress—your gallery will remain active for a set period, and I also keep backups of all delivered images. If you need access again, just reach out.
7. Can I request edits or retouching?
Basic editing is included with every package (color correction, lighting, skin cleanup). Additional retouching requests can be accommodated for an extra fee.
8. How do I book a session?
To secure your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Once that’s complete, your date is officially locked in.
9. Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. If none of the listed packages fit your needs, I can create a custom package tailored to your event or vision.
10. Do you offer video services?
Yes—video coverage is available as an add-on for select packages. Contact me for details and pricing.
